Hi, I'm Mack — a Clemson University student, Upstate South Carolina native, and the founder of Next Step. I grew up watching great local businesses struggle to be found online, not because they weren't good at what they do, but because the digital world can feel overwhelming when you're busy running the actual business.

That's exactly why I started Next Step. Studying business at Clemson gave me a strong foundation in marketing strategy and what actually drives results — and being local means I understand this community. I'm not some faceless agency sending cookie-cutter campaigns from across the country.

As we've grown across South Carolina, that mission hasn't changed. We're building a team of local specialists — each one lives in the region they serve, so every client still works with a neighbor who knows their market.
